These are the terms of use for Eazl.ai, the AI app for your work.
Thank you for using Eazl.ai! These Terms of Use apply when you use the services of Eazl.ai, Inc. or our affiliates, including our application, software, tools, developer services, data, documentation, and websites ("Services"). The Terms include our Service Terms, Usage Policies, Privacy Policy, Gift Card Terms, and other documentation or policies we may provide in writing. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
You must be 13 years or older to use the Services. If you are under 18 you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission. You must provide accurate information to register and are responsible for all activities with your credentials. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.
You may access and use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. Eazl.ai and its affiliates own all rights to the Services. You grant Eazl.ai a worldwide license to use any feedback or suggestions you provide to improve our products and services. You may not: (i) infringe on others' rights; (ii) reverse engineer our Services; (iii) develop competing products using our Services; (iv) scrape, harvest, or extract data from our Services; (v) represent AI-generated content as human-generated; (vi) resell API access without permission; or (vii) submit unlawful content. You must comply with rate limits and requirements in our documentation.
You own any original content you submit. Eazl.ai may use it to provide the Services. AI-generated content may not be unique across users. We do not claim ownership of similar content generated for other users. We may use non-API content to improve our models and services. You can opt out by making this request via email if you do not want your content used this way.
To generate content using our AI models, Eazl will provide an estimated cost of the generation request based on the estimated output character length and the associated token pricing. The estimated output character length will be calculated based on the input provided, with an assumed conversion rate of 1 token = 4 characters. Similarly, when you perform certain actions on the App that involve expenses for Eazl, such as uploading and storing files, you will be charged for your usage. If the estimated cost of what you're trying to do exceeds the available balance in your account, Eazl reserves the right to reject the request. Clients are responsible for maintaining a sufficient balance to cover the estimated costs of what they're trying to do. AI credits may be purchased directly or obtained by redeeming an Eazl.ai gift card. When a user redeems a gift card, the gift card funds will be added to their balance. All AI credit purchases and usage, whether via direct purchase or gift card redemption, are subject to the terms in this section. Eazl is not obligated to fulfill generation requests that would result in a negative balance in the client's AI credits account. If you opt into Eazl's automatic top-up program, Eazl will automatically attempt to top up your AI credits account by $20 when your credits are insufficient. This automatic top-up will be charged to the payment method you have on file. You can opt out of this feature any time in the account settings area of Eazl.ai. Detailed pricing information is available on our website.
Gift cards are issued and managed by Eazl.ai, Inc. Gift cards are redeemable only for AI credit purchases on Eazl.ai. They are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a refund, exchanged, resold, or used to purchase other gift cards. Risk of loss and title for gift cards pass to the purchaser upon transmission of the digital gift card. Eazl.ai is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Eazl.ai reserves the right to close user accounts and request alternative forms of payment if it suspects gift cards were obtained or used fraudulently. The purchase and use of Eazl.ai gift cards are subject to these Terms of Use.
You will protect any confidential information we provide per our instructions. You agree to implement reasonable security measures when using our Services. If using our Services to process personal data, you represent compliance with applicable data protection laws. Please request our Data Processing Addendum if applicable.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. Eazl.ai may suspend or terminate Services immediately for legal reasons, security risks, fraud, or material breaches.
THE SERVICES AND GIFT CARDS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. OUR LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE FEES PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE INCIDENT OR $100.
You agree to informal resolution attempts and arbitration of disputes. Class actions are prohibited.
These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Eazl.ai may modify these Terms by posting changes on our website. You consent to receive legal notices by email. The Terms make up the entire agreement between you and Eazl.ai.
